This error occures when:

 

1) Your mobile device can not reach the website host specified in the App Preferences.

2) Possably the site was reached but is not a Joomla based site running the JoomlaDo Mobile API Module.

3) The website admin has the feed shut off for some reason.

4) The website JoomlaDo API module incorrectly contfigured.
